For the residential project Axkaba, we crafted a digital experience that transcends traditional real estate websites. We developed an interactive platform featuring a dynamic lot availability map, allowing users to explore the development in real time.

The site includes advanced real estate tools, such as an automated quoting system that generates customized PDF brochures and real-time inventory updates—streamlining the sales process and enhancing the buyer’s journey.

Drone Cage Experience: In one of our standout events, we introduced an interactive drone cage, allowing children and visitors to pilot real drones within a safe environment. This hands-on experience not only entertained but also educated participants about drone technology, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.​

15th Anniversary Drone Show: To commemorate Andares’ 15th anniversary in November 2024, we orchestrated a spectacular drone show featuring 100 drones. The night sky over Paseo Andares was illuminated with formations of images and logos emblematic of this milestone, providing a mesmerizing visual narrative of Andares’ journey over the years. Immersive Racing Experience: FPV Cars with SimersionIR

In partnership with Simersion IR, we created a one-of-a-kind activation that merges drone technology with high-speed FPV racing. This interactive experience featured an FPV car track where participants wore immersive headsets and controlled scaled racing cars with a realistic steering wheel and responsive accelerator, feeling as if they were actually inside the vehicle.

With 26 synchronized drones capturing and transmitting real-time action, the event delivered an unmatched level of realism, challenging participants’ driving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The combination of advanced technology and adrenaline-fueled racing made this activation a show-stopping experience for audiences.
